What can your team do, and what is it missing?
Add the people and the roles you want to cover. You get the skills the group holds, how far it is from each role, who is closest today, what is missing, and which skills depend on a single person.
Every figure is a count against ESCO, the occupation and skill classification published by the European Commission — 3,039 occupations and 14,355 skills. No scores, no ranking of people: “2 of 63 essential skills” is something you can open up and check.
Nothing you type reaches our servers. The group stays in this browser and is passed to the calculation as a parameter — we never store it. Closing the tab loses it, so print the report if you want to keep it.

Roles you want to cover
Add a few people with their skills, and at least one role to measure against. The report appears here.
Want this on your real organisation?
Typing everyone by hand works for a team of ten. Beyond that it does not, and the interesting questions start where the numbers get big: succession risk, internal mobility, where training would pay for itself. That is what we are building — talk to us and we will run it on your data.
